-small personal orders need to be placed at least 3 days in advance, with orders consisting of more than three different flavors or baked goods placed 5 days in advanced.

-Guilt Free Goodies is located at local farmer's markets and can make deliveries upon request by contacting them at 314-852-6495.

What makes these baked goodies Guilt Free?
-Guilt Free Goodies are considered guilt free because they are made using natural ingredients, fresh farm grown produce, 1/2 the fat, 1/2 the sugar, no added salt or oils.

Do guilt free goodies use artificial sweeteners in their products?
-Guilt free goodies does not use artificial sweeteners in their baked goods.  The natural sweetness from produce and other ingredients are used to sweeten these yummy treats, making them with 1/2 the amount of sugar.

Does guilt free goodies accommodate special dietary needs?
Guilt Free Goodies is able to work with specialized dietary needs for an additional fee.  Previously, Guilt Free Goodies has worked with individuals who are diabetic or need gluten free baked goods.
